Rep. Jasmine Crockett of D-Texas said he had zero concerns about former President Joe Biden’s mental vision while he was in the White House.
Crockett said in a closed door interview with former White House doctor Kevin O’Connor on Wednesday morning, House Oversight Committee James Kommer, R-Ky.
She later told reporters that Biden’s stuttering was the reason for his frequent verbal gaffes and raised her own accusations of President Donald Trump’s mental capabilities.
“No, I had nothing,” Crockett told reporters when he asked if he had any concerns about Biden’s mental fitness while he was in office.

She admitted that Biden had admitted to adding “everyday” and “I had the opportunity to interact with the president.”
“Now, what is Joe Biden, 80 years old? So, Joe Biden is a little different from Joe Biden’s 80-year-old version in his 20s, and I think it’s the same,” Crockett said.
“But he may be a fumble in words because it relates to his ability to understand where he is and what he is doing, but it is not new and not something that comes with age.
Crockett said “some of the tools he was trained to use to get over that stud” might have become dull with age, but before she pivots into Trump, his mind is still keen on the matter.

“Yeah, he might turn around some words and stuff like that. But if you tell him about foreign policy, one of the most vivid memories I have is after that discussion that didn’t work, he saw that this president has this complete order of foreign policy that isn’t.
“He appears to be united with our enemies, and in the end, these are things that should have something to do with the American people, because these are dangerous.”
Crockett surprised reporters when he appeared on Capitol Hill for O’Connor’s deposition Tuesday morning.
She hadn’t said anything to the press along the way. After the interview, she was chaired by the House Oversight Committee James Kommer, R-Ky. accused O’Connor of falsely characterising O’Connor’s decision to sue the Fifth Amendment.

“This is why it was important to make sure Democrats were in the room. Unfortunately, sometimes people make sure they can give them something that suits their story,” Crockett said.
Comer, on his part, criticized the doctor’s decision.
His committee is investigating allegations of cover-up of the former president’s mental health decline by his then aide.
