Immigration and customs enforcement agencies have announced that a man who illegally entered the country during the Biden administration after being deported three times has been convicted.
Santo Beat Aibar Eibar, 49, was recently deported on September 21, 2021, but has returned by federal immigration authorities without being tested, hospitalized or parole.
The Dominican was arrested in Ice Boston and pleaded guilty in federal court in June.

Aybar-Aybar could be sentenced to up to 20 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and a three-year “supervised release” when sentenced on September 11th.
Even after he served his sentence in prison, he will once again be deported, according to an ice press release.

Ice Boston is very active under the Trump administration, and federal leaders often go toe-toe with local Democrats.
Boston, Massachusetts and other cities are considered sanctuary cities. That is, there are laws that limit the ability of local governments to comply with federal law enforcement on certain immigration-related issues.
On July 17, Ice Boston announced another conviction of Guatemala National Manuel Luis Luis, 52, who was deported in both April 1996 and March 2012, but he returned to the country illegally.

Ice Boston said the man who lived in New Bedford was previously criminally convicted of “operating under influence” and driving four times without a different license. Lewis Lewis was sentenced September 18th, and he could face two years after bar, a $250,000 fine, a year of “directed releases,” and was deported after prison time.

“In addition, Lewis Lewis has chosen to put law-abiding residents at risk by driving under the influence of alcohol. Ice Boston will continue to prioritize public safety by arresting and eliminating criminal foreign criminals from their New England neighborhoods,” Hyde said.
