First on FOX: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced Wednesday that Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) has issued detention in Massachusetts for criminally unlawful immigrants charged with raping a child for a crime captured on video.
Lorenzo Lopez Alcario, a 30-year-old Guatemalan national, was accused of brutally assaulting the young girl in a video she finally discovered by the girl’s mother.
In a press release, Alcario said he was the first to enter the United States illegally on an unknown date before being arrested for drug possession in Arlington, Virginia in 2017.
Later that year, in September, Alcario was ordered by a judge to be removed by the United States and deported by aircraft on September 28, 2017.

However, according to DHS, Alcario re-entered the United States in June 2022 and was released to the country by the Biden administration despite his criminal history and previous deportation.
In a statement, DHS Deputy Director Tricia McLaughlin argued that Alcario would never be allowed to return to the United States, and that Ice detainees aim to ensure that Alcario does not sacrifice others in the future.
Tennessee officials say Nashville’s mayor’s ice policy is equivalent to “helping illegal immigrants by helping them.”

“Lorenzo Lopez Alcario is an illegal pedophile foreigner from Guatemala and has never been in the United States in the first place,” McLaughlin said.
“Despite previous criminal charges and deportation, President Biden released the wild criminal to the American community in 2022. Under President Trump and Secretary Noem, Ice has prevented this criminally unlawful foreigner from terrorizing American citizens and not allowed to deport this child predator to prevent further victims.”

ICE operates in Massachusetts, including Operation Patriot, resulting in nearly 1,500 illegals, including murderers, rapists, drug traffickers and child predators, in a state with many deep blue sanctuaries.
An ICE source told Fox News that 790 of those arrested had been criminally convicted or charged, while 277 had been final removal or deportation orders. Sources said all targeted criminals were free to roam the city’s towns in Massachusetts before being arrested.
