Eight criminal illegal aliens have been deported to South Sudan on the Fourth of July, and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced on Saturday that ice officials have been stuck and at risk after being called “weekly delays by activist judges.”

“These sick people were eventually deported to South Sudan on Independence Day,” Deputy Director Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement.

“After weeks of delays by activist judges who put our law enforcement at risk, Ice accused these eight wild barrage criminals who are heinous, even in their own country, who are not accepting them.”

The deportation efforts were blocked by a series of lower court rulings that the Supreme Court overturned on July 3 and granted the Trump administration’s allegations to enforce third-state elimination policies. Eight men were detained in Djibouti as legal challenges unfolded.

According to DHS, the eight men had extensive and violent criminal history.

Cuban citizen Enrique Arias Hiero was found guilty of murdering, armed robbery, and spoofing law enforcement officers. Jose Manuel Rodriguez Quinones, also from Cuba, was found guilty of attempted first-degree murder of weapons, batteries, theft and drug trafficking.

Tonksai Niraku, a Lao national, was convicted of first-degree murder and robbery and sentenced to life in prison.

Mexico’s native, Jesus Munoz Gutierrez was convicted of second-degree murder and was also sentenced to life confinement.

Kyo Mia of Burma was convicted of perverted conduct with a child under the age of 12 and served part of a 10-year sentence.

NYO Myint, also from Burma, was convicted of first-degree sexual assault involving a mentally and physically neutralised victim and faced additional charges of aggravated assault.

Vietnamese national Tuan Thanh Hwang was convicted of first-degree murder and second-degree assault and was sentenced to 22 years.

“These are not just immigration cases,” McLaughlin said. “These pose threats to the American community where judges have tried to force ice.”

DHS has granted the Supreme Court’s clarification order by defeating Logjam and allowing ICE to complete the mission.

“It was a victory for American law, security and security,” the statement said.

The DHS also thanked ice officers who were stuck abroad amid the court’s imposed.

“We thank the brave ice law enforcement for their sacrifices to protect our freedom,” McLaughlin said. “We continue to fight for the freedom of Americans, but these distant leftists continue to force us to bring killers, pedophiles and rapists back to the United States.”

The White House did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
