Exclusive: Immigration and customs enforcement agencies have filed detainees against illegal immigrants who allegedly tried to kill a 15-year-old and rape the mother of their child.
Gildardo Amandor-Martinez, 36, attempted to rape her girlfriend Aleida Lopez in her apartment on Sunday in Morehead, Kentucky.
While trying to protect his mother, 15-year-old Louis Lopez was allegedly shot three times by Amander Martinez. According to Fox 56, the suspect attacked Lopez’s daughter, a minor with a firearm.

The outlet reported that he was charged with murder, first-degree assault and first-degree attempted rape.
He tried to enter the United States three times before doing so normally at the tropical border in 2021, but was able to enter the United States as “Gotaway” at unspecified times and locations, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
During the Biden administration, there have been hundreds of thousands of “known gotaways” by federal immigration authorities, including 670,674 in fiscal year 2023 alone.

“15-year-old Louis Lopez has passed away trying to save her mother from a foreigner who violated this crime, trying to rape her. Gildaldo Amandor Martinez is a rapist and cold-blooded murderer who could not have been in the country, Deputy Chief Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement.

“The Biden administration’s open border policy allowed the monster to walk the streets of America and carry out these evil crimes, including murder, assault and rape attempts, against her mother and her children. Ice allowed Amandor Martinez to be allowed to be freed into American cities and terrorize American families again.”
Rowan County High School lamented Lopez’s loss in a statement posted to Facebook.

According to the DHS, detainees will be used to prevent the release of individuals behind the bar before being transferred to federal authorities’ custody.
Morehead City Communications Director Jenny Frazier told Fox News that the city is working with “state and federal partners” in an ongoing investigation.
“It remains an active investigation, but it directs all of these specific questions about ice to the ice itself, but there are decisions on detainees at federal level discretion, and therefore the City of Moorhead is not involved in enforcement,” she added.
