Los Angeles County health officials are seeking assistance Thursday in identifying a woman who was found near Echo Park Lake almost a week ago.
An unidentified woman was brought to Los Angeles General Medical Center on Saturday after being found at the intersection of Logan Street and Park Avenue, the LA County Health Department said.

She was 5 feet 3 inches tall and was said to weigh 139 pounds. The patient has medium builds, gray hair and light blue eyes, Health Services said.
