Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) says that illegal immigrants convicted of past robbery, as well as those previously arrested on murder and assault, were arrested after vomiting to agents last Tuesday.

Omar Parid Bastida, 41, faces a federal assault charge that allegedly spits out ice agents while trying to arrest him for illegally returning to the United States, as he was previously deported.

“In spite of the Los Angeles riots, ICE law enforcement officials have arrested Omar Parido Bastida. The foreigner of this crime has been convicted of robbery and has been arrested for murder and assault,” said Tricia McLaughlin, deputy director of the Department of Homeland Security, in an exclusive statement on Fox News Digital on the Mexican National.

“This is the type of illegal alien of criminals that mob fights to protect. Governor Newsom and Mayor Karen Bass will continue to prioritize these criminal illegal aliens over their citizens.

Parid Bastida lives in southern Los Angeles and if convicted of assault, he could face eight years after the bar.

“This accused found a difficult way. When you spit out, we struck with a felony charge,” Bill Essay said in a statement last week. “Law enforcement officers risk their lives and safety in order to support the law. They laugh at our great nation, as this defendant did, and such actions will be punished accordingly.”

The arrest of convicted criminals is crushed to ice as riots in the blue city: “You won’t stop us.”

The Justice Department says that after the man first humiliated the ice officer from his balcony, he descends and spits out the agent through the gate, and just before that he says, “No, leave here. I know my rights. I’m calling a lawyer.” Ice then “forced” into his house and arrested a man who hid behind his arrest and said, “OK, you got me,” the news release added.

Fox News Digital reached out to Newsom’s office. Bass’ office turned Fox News digitally to quote from last week’s press conference.

“These are not criminals that the administration is allegedly targeting,” Bass said. “These are mothers and fathers, restaurant workers, tailors, home care workers and daily Angeleno trying to make a living. We’ve heard about nine months of US citizens hospitalized after being detained by an unmarked federal van parked near Rous’s school graduation, a federal agent.

The arrest announcement comes after anti-ice protests and riots broke out last week as government agencies wiped out the entire area in Los Angeles. On Sunday night, President Donald Trump wrote, “I posted on Truth Social, where arrests wanted to increase even more to achieve the very important goal of providing the largest deportation program in history.

“His plans are clear. He incites violence and confusion in the blue state, militarizes cities, demonizes enemies, breaks the law, and makes excuses to unite power. It’s illegal and we won’t put it to stand.”
