“We won in tough districts and outperformed across the country,” Democratic Congressional Campaign Chairwoman Susan DelBene of Washington state emphasized in a recent interview with Fox News Digital.
Del Bene, who is serving as head of the party’s campaign committee for the second consecutive year, said the success in 2024 was “a great example of what we must continue to pursue in 2026.”
Vance is likely to be the front-runner for the Republican presidential nomination in 2028, but the RNC chairman also likes the party’s “bench.”

With President-elect Trump returning to the White House next month and Republicans taking control of both houses of Congress, DelBene said Republicans will be “held accountable for what they do in this country and how it impacts working families.” spoke.
