A 15-year-old San Bernardino County juvenile has been detained and booked on charges of attempted murder of his family, officials said.
The horrifying ordeal was reported on June 4th, as San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 12,300 block of Apple Valley Central Road before 3:30pm, sheriff officials said in a news release.
On the scene, SBSD lawmakers K. Ward and A. Sanders learned that an unspecified teenager attacked his family because of his juvenile status.
“The boy issued a statement about killing the victim while the assault took place,” authorities noted.

Investigators did not say whether the victim who was assessed and treated at the scene by medical personnel for minor injuries was a 15-year-old parent, sibling, or relative.

“The juvenile suspect was arrested and booked at a juvenile detention centre in the high desert on suspicion of attempted murder,” officials said.
