The Yale Law School Associate Scholar was fired after failing to disclose information about his relationship with the Samidoun Network, a Canadian-based group that designated terrorist organizations by the US State Department.

Iranian-born Helier Dautaghi was fired on Friday three weeks after taking administrative leave after allegations were made that he was part of the Samidun Network, which was classified as a “fake charity” by the federal government for the release of Palestine, a US-designed terrorist organization.

“For the past three weeks, Yale has repeatedly requested to meet with Ms. Dutagi and her attorney. “Unfortunately, she refused to provide answers to important questions, such as whether she has ever engaged in prohibited activities with organizations or individuals placed on the Specially Designated National and Blocked Person List (“SDN List”). ”

As a result, the university fired Dautagi and soon came into effect over her “refusal to cooperate” with her investigation. The university, which saw a significant portion of anti-Israel protests and a massive graduation walkout last year, noted that her short-term employment is already due to expire in April.

Doutaghi was appointed Deputy Director of the Legal and Political and Economics (LPE) Project in October 2023. According to Bio on the Palestinian Public Policy website, her research explores the intersection of the crossroads to International Law (Twail), which includes criticism of Marxia and international politics.

She is also the next postdoctoral researcher at the University of Tehran, and according to her website, her focus will be on “completing her manuscript on Iran’s sanctions regime and neoliberalism.”

The allegations about Doutaghi were first made by Jewish online-liners, subsacs “empowered by AI abilities,” according to their X account.

“Instead of protecting me, Yale Law School moved within 24 hours of learning about the report to put me on vacation,” Doutaghi wrote in X’s statement earlier this month. “I was given several hours of notice from the administration to attend questioning based on allegations generated by far-right AI against me, but endured flooding by Zionist trolls and exacerbated the unprecedented pain and complications that have been ongoing at work and at home.”

Doutaghi said she “has no reasonable time to consult with her attorney.”

A slapstick termination occurs as the Trump administration concludes anti-Semitism allegations across Ivy League schools.

Several students holding visas or green cards filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration, alleging initial amendment violations.

“The Justice Department will immediately file a lawsuit to protect law and order, to suppress Prohama’s vandalism and threats, and to investigate and punish anti-Semitic racism at left-wing anti-American universities and universities.”

Trump also vowed to expel Hamas sympathizers and cancel his student visa.

Mahmoud Khalil, a Columbia University student and anti-Israel activist, was one of the first students to face allegations from the Trump administration over a green card application accused of omitting details about his employment history.

The administration then pulled $400 million in federal funding from Columbia University, citing the handling of anti-Israel protests on campus last year. Ivy League schools announced on Friday that they will implement important policy changes to ensure compliance with the administration’s demands.
