The Pasadena Little League is seeking community support after someone reported that they broke into Snack Shack and dropped out early Friday morning.
“Our Pasadena Southwest Little League community has been shaken,” the organization said in a social media post over the weekend, attaching surveillance photos and video of the suspect.
According to the league, the suspect stole thousands of dollars worth of baseball equipment and supplies, and “the spirit of a place built by volunteers, families and children who just love the game.”
The video appears to show a man inspecting the interior of the building and possibly scouting the utility. However, it is unclear whether the man will take anything on the footage.
The man is said to be seen after breaking into a small league snack shed. The man is said to be seen after breaking into Little League snack shacks in July 2025 (Pasadena South West Little League). “This space isn’t just about bats and helmets. It’s a place where memories are made, friendships are made, dreams are taken off,” said the Pasadena Southwest Little League. “To those who did this: You not only steal equipment, but you stole it from a community of children who appear every day with hearts, fuss, and hope.”
KTLA contacted the police to confirm the robbery report, but as of 10:20am there was no reply.
In the meantime, the league has been seeking help from the community, spreading the word and finding a man from the footage.
“If you saw something suspicious near Arendale Park early on a Friday morning or have any useful information, please contact the Pasadena Police Department or DM USA directly,” the post concluded.
