Rep. Jasmine Crockett of D-Texas appears to be skipping two passengers in wheelchairs while chairs chaired by House Republican Congress Chairman Lisa McClain on Sunday on a flight at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
“Spot: Taxpayer-funded police escorts and Jasmine Crockett line up. They even made the disabled wait. McClain, R-Mich. was posted on her personal campaign account on Sunday.
McClain’s post appears to have been skipped by Crockett.
According to sources familiar with the incident, Crockett was the first passenger “non-crew” to board a Sunday afternoon Delta Line flight from Atlanta to Washington, D.C.

According to the U.S. Department of Transportation, “If you self-identify as a disabled passenger who needs additional time or assistance to board the plane, the airline must allow other passengers to board the plane.”
Customers who require assistance or extra time, active US military members, and Delta 360 members are invited only memberships and are permitted to board in advance within Delta’s policy.
Sources say Crockett walked to the gate caught between police officers, scanned her boarding pass “who looked like her staff,” before boarding the plane in front of other passengers.
When contacted Fox News Digital, Crockett’s Chief of Staff said, “There are no comments.”

Delta Air Lines did not respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
Last week’s report showed that Crockett, currently a deputy ranking member of the House Committee on Surveillance and Government Reform, is now turning his eyes to the position of the committee’s chairman. Crockett will lead federal oversight if he gets a gig that includes an investigation into President Donald Trump’s agenda.
Crockett, the opponent of Trump’s second term voice, targeted the president in a social media post on Sunday.
“To be in charge of the whole country, you certainly have a lot of my names in your mouth. Every time you say my name, you remind yourself that you are afraid that a clever and bold black woman will tell the truth and hold you accountable.
Trump on Sunday told NBC’s “Meet the Press” host Kristen Welker that Crockett is a “low IQ guy” and is calling her a Democrat future that described her as “confusing.”
That day, Crockett was criticized by conservatives for her comments after invoking the infamous 2023 Alabama brawl in Togaroo University in Jackson, Mississippi, suggesting that students know how to “use a chair” in the face of adversity.

“There are people who tell us there are no tables that don’t have seats for you, but I’m here to remind you of Montgomery and those folding chairs. Please tell us that we know how to use the chairs. [are] Either lift it up or we’re doing something else with it,” Crockett said.
Crockett appears to be referring to a virus video from August 2023 of a group of white sailors attacking Dameion Pickett, the captain of a black riverboat in Montgomery, Alabama. The white folding chair became a symbol of resistance when the other men raised the chair over their head in Pickett’s defense as they attacked him.

Texas Democrats historically urged Black College graduation classes to lift their seats at the table, reminding students of bystanders rushing to protect Pickett when attacked. Conservatives responded immediately to a clip of Crockett’s remarks, with R-Utah Sen. Mike Lee saying Crockett’s comments “isn’t cool.”
