The brother of former Los Angeles City Councilman Jose Huizar was found guilty Friday morning of lying to the FBI.
Salvador Huizar must perform 100 community service acts and pay a $4,250 fine for lying to the FBI that he received an envelope of cash from a now-incarcerated City Council member.
