Exclusive: Veteran Democratic strategist James Kerrville deals with Jewish donors who no longer support the Democrats due to pro-Palestinian protests at Columbia University.
“I’ve never seen Democrats have dinner with Kanye West and Nick Fuentes,” Kerrville told Fox News Digital. “I’ve never seen a Democrat who supported the German alternative Fut German Land Party. I can point out a lot of Republicans.”
Kerrville pours cold water on Democrat donors’ excuses that the rise of anti-Semitism, especially on university campuses, at Columbia University, means they can no longer support Democrats.
“In my view, that doesn’t make sense. Can’t you be the Democrats because they’re protesting Biden? That’s nonsense,” Kerrville said.
Kerrville accused Jewish donors of abandoning Democrats for the GOP.

The college campus became the epicenter of resistance to the war in Gaza, as national students, generally a democratic voting bloc, during last year’s reelection campaign.

Before Biden dropped out of the race and supported Harris, the students chanted, “Genocide Joe has to go!” Outside of his campaign, a rally in a critical swing state and an organized protest vote to express their disapproval of the US support for Israel in the war with Hamas.
Last month, President Donald Trump’s administration accused Columbia University of violating federal law through “deliberate indifference” to anti-Israel protests that have been persisting on campus since October 7, 2023.

However, Kerrville spoke to Fox News Digital about his recent comments on his podcast, but said it would make no sense for Jewish donors to turn away from Democrats for Colombian protesters.
Kerrville said it is Democrats, not Republicans, that have historically supported Israel.
“Do I tell my Republican friend that the president helped establish Israel? I happen to know Harry Truman, I know he is a Democrat,” Kerrville said.
“Which president was closest to achieving peace and security in the Middle East of Israel? I learned that his name was Bill Clinton,” he added.
“Which president set up the iron and door, has it saved thousands of Israel’s lives?

Kerrville criticised Trump for his meal with Kanye West, who is notorious for making anti-Semitic comments, which is in stark contrast to the Republican Party, with Nicholas Fuentes being “deemed a “Jew-hating Holocaust Dennier” by the American Jewish Commission.
The longtime Democratic strategist also criticized Elon Musk, a loyal Trump confidant and “special government employee” until this week, in support of an alternative to the German party, which was considered a “confirmed extremist” group by Germany’s domestic intelligence agency.
In his podcast, “The Political War Room,” Kerrville said this week that those Jewish donors are likely accepting Republicans as they want a “f–in tax cut.”
Speaking to Fox News Digital, Carville repeatedly said that the Columbia University protests are not a very good excuse to abandon the Democrats.
However, the White House refused to recognize Kerrville’s Republican party.

“President Trump has received unprecedented support from the Jewish community in his historic reelection, which continues to grow as he fights the rampant anti-Semitism of the left that is exposed daily.
Trump signed an executive order during his first administration, and once again aimed at combating anti-Semitism in the United States last month.
