NBA superstar Kevin Durant is trading from the Phoenix Suns to the Houston Rockets, according to multiple reports.
The news was first reported by ESPN’s Shams Charania.
In exchange for Durant, the Suns will receive six draft picks: Dillon Brooks and Jalen Green. The other five picks are the second round for each charania.

Durant, 36, leaves the Phoenix Suns after three relatively unshiny seasons that didn’t advance past the Western Conference semi-finals. The Suns failed to make the playoffs this year, but the Rockets lost to the Golden State Warriors in the first round of the playoffs, but the Rockets surprised many by finishing second in the Western Conference.
The perennial NBA star, a 15-time All-Star and two-time NBA Finals MVP, will join a team of young players from Houston, leading Turkish center Alperen Senggun and two-way star Armentompson. As for Phoenix, they are currently paired with star point guard Devin Booker, with Jalen Green, an explosive young shooting guard and three solid veterans at Dillon Brooks.
According to ESPN, once the new league year officially opens on July 6th, the deal will be official.
