In addition to carnival rides, music performances and livestock competitions, the promise of eccentric and delicious culinary will return as one of the fair’s major attractions.
Consolation classics such as turkey legs, popcorn, ice cream and traditional corndogs rise every year at this year’s fair. Fan favorite vendors like Chicken Charlie, DA Big Show BBQ and Hot Dog on Sticks are all back and ready to soothe the foodie’s appetite.
For those who have a more adventurous palette, the fair has you covered. This year’s fair theme is “Art Unleashed,” and the chef behind this year’s outrageous bite will certainly follow suit with an artistic, imaginative meal.

In true county fair fashion, some quirky dishes are available to Nosh. If you want to add a sense of taste, two unique corndogs are available for consideration. Chan’s Eatery serves Korean corndogs and fruity pebbles for ramen. A simple name gives insight into what foodies can expect whey to order these stick snacks.

“From the heart of a fair food chef and culinary artist, the new food menu for 2025 requires the use of bibs, plenty of napkins and elastic waistbands,” a representative from Fairplex said in a statement.
Returned food vendors include King Tacos, pink hot dogs, followed by ice cream, Texas donuts, begueboxes and wavy pigs. Age fairs can indulge in spirits, beer and wine.
