The sweet aroma of funnel cakes and cotton candy quickly fills the air of Pomona with the return of the Los Angeles County Fair.

In addition to carnival rides, music performances and livestock competitions, the promise of eccentric and delicious culinary will return as one of the fair’s major attractions.

Consolation classics such as turkey legs, popcorn, ice cream and traditional corndogs rise every year at this year’s fair. Fan favorite vendors like Chicken Charlie, DA Big Show BBQ and Hot Dog on Sticks are all back and ready to soothe the foodie’s appetite.

For those who have a more adventurous palette, the fair has you covered. This year’s fair theme is “Art Unleashed,” and the chef behind this year’s outrageous bite will certainly follow suit with an artistic, imaginative meal.

In true county fair fashion, some quirky dishes are available to Nosh. If you want to add a sense of taste, two unique corndogs are available for consideration. Chan’s Eatery serves Korean corndogs and fruity pebbles for ramen. A simple name gives insight into what foodies can expect whey to order these stick snacks.

If a review is needed, two specific tangy drinks will certainly spark discussions about their existence, such as pickled lemonade and Mr. Pibb Pickled Soda. Yes, unconventional drinks follow the tiktok trends, including trying out the drink with pickled chips. Bold drinks split the internet, some said they enjoyed them, and accused them of blasphemy. Now you will be able to taste them for yourself.

“From the heart of a fair food chef and culinary artist, the new food menu for 2025 requires the use of bibs, plenty of napkins and elastic waistbands,” a representative from Fairplex said in a statement.

Returned food vendors include King Tacos, pink hot dogs, followed by ice cream, Texas donuts, begueboxes and wavy pigs. Age fairs can indulge in spirits, beer and wine.

Tickets for the LA County Fair, which will be held from May 2nd to 26th, are currently on sale. Click here to learn more about the fair.
