The Los Angeles County Committee has proposed a new measure on Tuesday morning to prioritize 50 HCV vouchers to some of the LA county residents as a result of the January fire.
The HCV voucher is well known as a section 8 voucher, but is a federal housing support program provided by the US Housing City Development Bureau.
