The man behind the wheels of a silver minivan is in custody after a high-speed rampage in downtown Los Angeles amid a chaotic civil unrest.
Hours after announcing the launch of three independent, then secular anti-ice protests across LA, the central division of LA announced that the city was issuing a tactical warning at 2:30pm as crowds became out of hand.
As the day was worn, tensions and clashes between protesters and law enforcement escalated.
Around 9pm, Sky 5 went beyond the scene where the driver reverses the donuts at a downtown intersection as people on the street set up bottles, rocks and other items to the driver.

The man behind the wheels of the van ran irregularly across downtown, behind the wheels of a van wearing shorts and shoes, running at high speeds across the corners, running at least one red light and slamming pedestrians.

After fleeing the crowd throwing an angry crowd at the vehicle, the suspect returned and drove right at high speed on the sidewalk before coming to the quick stop.
The man eventually left the downtown area, parked his vehicle and was immediately arrested by members of the LA County Sheriff’s Department.
