The serial road rage Tesla driver released early from his Southern California sentence was arrested Thursday in Hawaii in connection with a conflict between another driver and her mother.
According to the Honolulu Police Station, 39-year-old Nathaniel Radimack, 39, has been arrested for Honolulu skyscrapers, homes, and businesses.
He was driving a Tesla during the traffic arguing, police said.
At about 6pm on Wednesday, the department received reports that an 18-year-old woman had parked the car as a passenger along with her 35-year-old mother. The Tesla driver left the car and attacked the woman and her mother, police said.
The Tesla driver left the scene.
Details of what led to conflict were not available immediately.
The department shared information on crime on social media, provided descriptions of the car and its driver, and asked anyone with the information to contact police.
Radhimac was arrested the next day, police said.
It was not immediately clear whether there was a lawyer who could speak on his behalf.
In August 2023, Radhimac pleaded guilty to felony charges of assault and criminal threats in connection with a road rage attack filmed on a Los Angeles video and was sentenced to five years in prison.
He was parole in a state prison 10 months later.
Videos of the Southern California Road Rage attacks circulated in 2022, showing violent attacks against drivers on LA Street and highways. Radhimac was arrested in January 2023 and was subjected to a plea deal eight months later.
The California Department of Amendment and Rehabilitation said Radhimac was awarded 424 days of service while awaiting sentencing, and more credits were granted while in prison.
