A crash involving anyone driving on 110 highways in southern Los Angeles closed all northbound lanes early Tuesday morning.
A CHP spokesperson said the crash was reported at 4:54am at 110 just north of Expo Boulevard.
“It was reported as someone driving across every lane hit by a vehicle,” the spokesman said.

According to the CHP Incident Log, responding officers requested a hard closure at 5:03am, and all northbound lane traffic was initially completely blocked in the area. Cigarato has been issued, which is expected to last until at least 8am.
Sky5 was overhead at 7am as three lanes remained closed. It was expected that more lanes would be opened shortly after the medical inspector left the scene.
As the crash investigation continued, there were heavy traffic backups.
