The 61-year-old man, who went missing for three days last week, has been reunited with his family thanks to large coalition search efforts from multiple counties and state-level authorities.
The unknown man was reported missing at 1am Wednesday, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office. He was “missed under unknown circumstances” in the 38,000 block of Overton Road, east of Sage, a community of over 3,300 people south of Hemet.

“The search operation started immediately and continued for three days,” RCSO said in a press release. “On Saturday, the missing man was found alive and stable in the Sage area.”

He was taken to a local hospital and evaluated before reuniting with his family.
Riverside County officials were supported by several other local agencies in search of men, including officials from Orange, San Diego and San Bernardino counties and state-level staff.
