The 97th Academy Awards, honoring the best films of 2024, will be held at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, and KTLA is everything the red carpet has to offer.
KTLA’s annual “Live From the Oscars” special features Jessica Holmes, Megan Henderson, Doug Coke and Michael Yo-yo earned a lowdown with Hollywood’s biggest stars before the ceremony began. Scott “Movie” Manz and Nikkinobak will offer awards, while designer Nick Verross will revisit the appearance of all red carpets.

Among the famous films expected to steal awards on Sunday night were the Catholic Church-inspired drama Conclave, Mikey Madison-led drama Anora, and the film musicals Wicked and Emilia Perez.
Madison is one of the favourites of the best actress category for star tinning performances in “Anola,” but she competes in a strong competition with Demi Moore. Fernanda Torres, the star of Portuguese political drama “I’m Still Here,” could be the story of Cinderella in the evening.
In the Best Actor category, “Conclave” Ralph Fiennes was nominated for his third Academy Award, but all eyes are present in Adrian Brody for his commander’s performance in “Brutalist.”
KTLA’s “Live From the Oscars” special is available on KTLA 5 and is available live live on KTLA.com and the free KTLA+ app on smart devices. The 97th Academy Awards Ceremony will start at 4pm
