Sarah Powell, 21, of Los Angeles County, was last seen near the 15700 block of Fellowship Street in Valinda around 12:40 p.m., according to the sheriff’s office.
LASD said Powell’s possible destination was Baldwin Park.

When Powell was last seen, the sheriff’s office said she was wearing a black leather jacket and blue leggings and was carrying a white purse.
LASD said Powell requires medication and her family is concerned about her health.
