A preliminary magnitude 4.4 earthquake shook the Inland Empire Thursday morning.
According to the US Geological Survey, the epicenter, which was hit at 9:32am, was about four miles deep and three miles deep northwest of Rialto.
Temblor followed a small earthquake early in the morning. 3.0 was registered at 8:34am and about 10 minutes later a 2.8 magnitude tremor hit.
USGS also reported at 9:36am that a 3.1 earthquake shaking the area around five minutes after the major earthquake
There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
