The Malibu Barbie Cafe Pop-Up Restaurant and Roller Link Combo are scheduled to open in San Diego this summer. After being launched in seven other successful locations around the world, Bucketlister and Mattel partnered to bring the cafe to America’s best cities.

The Malibu Barbie Cafe Restaurant and Roller Rink are suitable for all ages except for over 21 skating nights overnight.
Inspired by “the most iconic doll in fashion history,” the pop-up restaurant will begin just in front of Comic-Con on July 11 at Bayside Kitchen and Bar (2137 Pacific Hwy, San Diego, CA 92101).
Created by Master Chef Finalist and chopped Champion chef Becky Brown, the fast casual menu features friendly fares (think burgers and fries), tasty desserts (Barbie boat mini cupcakes), and signature drinks and cocktails (such as Pink Barbie Corvette Jaritos?).

The menu is created by Master Chef Finalist and chopped champion chef Becky Brown, and features friendly barbitol dishes, desserts and a variety of drinks.
“Inspired by the groovy beachside energy of Malibu in the 1970s,” the pop-up offers fans exclusive Barbie products and photo shoots (yes, you can pose inside a life-size Barbie doll box).
Fans are now notified by joining the Bucket Lister waitlist when tickets are sold. Restaurant tickets are $25 (free for children under 2 years old), but a $1 donation is required to access the Barbie x Impala skating rink. All proceeds from the skating rink will go to the American Red Cross to help those affected by the fatal California wildfires.
