The 31-year-old San Bernardino County man has been arrested for rape, and investigators believe he may have additional victims.
The suspect has been identified as Oscar Silva Morales, according to detectives at the Fontana Police Station.
Authorities said the username was used to arrange for a meeting with a woman using the 31-year-old dating app and social media platform Snapchat.

“After Oscar agreed to meet in person, Oscar sexually assaulted a woman in his car,” FPD said. “[He] He is suspected in multiple cases across San Bernardino and Orange Counties. ”

The 31-year-old lives in his car and also stays in several homes in the Southern California area.
Morales’ photos were released in the hopes that the victim of a potential sexual assault of his will would come forward and identify him.
