A bill aimed at cracking down on the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and the forced organ collection practice handed over on Wednesday with overwhelming support, one House member voted against it.
Rep. Thomas Massey, R-KY. was the only Republican opposed to the Stop Forced Organ Collection Act that passed 406-1.
“This is another example of how we try to write laws by sticking our noses to businesses in other countries,” Massie told Fox News Digital after voting. “And at the end of the day they’re going to do what they’re trying to do, and that’s a kind of virtue signal here.”
A conservative libertarian, Massey often votes against House bills that focus on issues of other countries.

But his pushback is also noteworthy now considering his position as President Donald Trump’s speaker Mike Johnson, and sometimes President Donald Trump’s open critic.
The bill was introduced by RN.J. Rep. Chris Smith to allow the Secretary of State to deny US passports and visitor visas to those involved in the organ trafficking world.
