McDonald’s is bringing heat this summer with a new twist on classic breakfast items.
Starting July 8th, participating in McDonald’s restaurants across the country will receive spicy McMuffins.
A limited-time sandwich will keep all the signature ingredients fans know and love, but add a kick thanks to McDonald’s Signature Spicy Pepper Sauce.

In addition to the spicy McMuffins, McDonald’s is adding spicy sausage McMuffins and spicy sausage McMuffins to the eggs to their menu, and for a limited time only at participating locations.
This release is part of continuing celebrating the 50th anniversary of McDonald’s Egg McMuffins. The sandwich originally debuted in 1971.
Egg McMuffin was the creator of Herb Peterson, the McDonald’s franchisee in Santa Barbara. The sandwiches were distributed nationwide in 1975.
The spicy McMuffin collection will be available while supply continues.
