Chicago (Nexstar) – McDonald’s has already confirmed that he will revive his beloved menu item in 2025, but now company officials are available this year.
In December, McDonald’s president Joe Arlinger told Good Morning America that Snack Wrap “tells him to return in 2025.”
Last week, McDonald’s suggested that another chicken-related product would soon be coming: chicken bids.

McDonald’s president and CEO Chris Kempczynski didn’t reveal much about it in a call with investors. The US will also launch new chicken strip products. ”
He added that another recent chicken addition, Chicken Big Mac, helped to drive the company’s “growth in the chicken market share” in the US and France.
When asked for additional details about chicken bids and snack wraps, Kempczinski said, “About the time and exact details we’re planning to plan it, and his “US team will kill me.” But certainly we’re looking forward to getting online later this year. ”
It’s been several years since snack wraps became available in the US. The wrap (which variations can still be found internationally) is wrapped in a warm tortilla with chicken, lettuce and cheese. They were released in 2006, followed by Angus offerings. The latter was dropped in 2013 due to McDonald’s changing the menu, but the original snack wrap was removed in 2016.

Several individual franchises were featured in snack wraps, but in 2020, offerings were removed from all McDonald’s restaurants in the US. Since then, there have been no attempts to get them back, using petitions, social media campaigns, or even snack wrap celebrities’ support as leverage.
McDonald’s teased a new iteration of snack wraps in 2023, and announced it would expand its chicken to meet consumer demands. This includes “expanding Macrispy to almost every market worldwide by the end of 2025 and expanding Macrispy to wraps and bids.”
So, the Kemputzynsky announcement is not the first announcement to hear that a bid is planned for the Golden Arch.
McDonald’s is the latest company to roll back diversity goals
The food influencer who was able to try out the Macrispy Chicken Strip, tested last year in Hickory, North Carolina, is crisp and crisp with Macrispy Chicken Sandwich, which has a different crumb from the buttermilk chicken tender that McDonalds previously sold. He says there is.
Buttermilk’s crispy tender was released in 2017 after a two-year soft break (you can find chicken selection tender in the early 2010s, and in the early 2000s, the McDonald’s menu added). In 2020, Buttermilk Crispy Tender was drawn from a McDonald’s restaurant in the US.

Like snack wraps, international McDonald’s restaurants already have chicken strips. For example, in Malta, it is said that “very talented chicken breasts get caught up in a crunchy batter, fried to golden perfection and fried to golden perfection.”
It is unclear when snack wraps and chicken tenders will be available nationwide.
