EXCLUSIVE: Amazon Prime has acquired the exclusive license for worldwide theatrical and streaming release of a documentary film that gives viewers an “unprecedented behind-the-scenes” look into the life of First Lady Melania Trump, FOX News Digital reports.
Fox News Digital has learned that the project is scheduled for a worldwide release in late 2025 in theaters and streaming.
Filming for the next documentary began in December 2024. The documentary is executive produced by First Lady Melania Trump and Fernando Sulitin of New Element Media, and directed by Brett Ratner of RatPac Entertainment.
Fox News Digital has revealed that Prime Video will share more details about the project as filming progresses and will announce plans once finalized.

“We’re excited to share this truly unique story with our millions of customers around the world,” an Amazon spokesperson said in a statement.
The announcement comes just weeks before Mrs. Trump returns to the White House as First Lady of the United States.
This also comes a few months after the release of her first book, Melania. The memoir provides an intimate portrait of Melania Trump, including personal stories and family photos that she has not previously shared with the public.

In November, days after President-elect Trump was elected the 47th president of the United States, Mrs. Trump also rolled out a digital photo series highlighting her life during the 2024 campaign and at home.
In an interview with Fox News Digital last year, President Trump said that if he had the privilege of serving as first lady again, which he will do starting January 20, 2025, he would continue to focus on the welfare and development of the nation. He said that he will prioritize the efforts that he has made. This is to ensure that children have the “support and resources they need to reach their full potential.”

During the first Trump administration, Mrs. Trump hosted a virtual roundtable on foster care as part of her “Be Best” initiative, which focused on strengthening the child welfare system. She is working with members of Congress on legislation that would secure funding for grants given to youth and young adults currently or formerly in foster care to help pay for college, career school, and training.
