Campers looking to enter the Coachella campground for this weekend’s music festival are calling this year’s process a nightmare.
Many people take them to social media and report waiting times over eight hours to enter the campsite.
“I’ve been lined up for the @coachella camp for 8 hours and it’s still close to nowhere. This is unacceptable. I can’t charge thousands of people and manage basic logistics. Joke #Coachella2025”
Viewers who contacted KTLA said some people were waiting more than 12 hours to enter the campsite.

“There’s no food, no water, no bathroom. The staffing appears to be completely inadequate. The surveillance is little or no good,” Robert said in an email.
Another social media user called the Fire Festival, which is infamous for his post.
“Coachella Camping Entry Line is a ruthless tbh. FyreFest 2 (still lined up. 4 hours so far)” @mysteryadexec said on X
Authorities in Coachella Valley said all agencies were dispatched to support the influx of traffic not only within the premises but throughout the area.
In the past, Coachella visitors said it took about two hours to get into the campsite. It was unclear what changed this year’s admission process.
