Michael Jordan’s former Illinois apartment can be rented again, but this time it’s a new way.

The vast Highland Park home, previously owned by Chicago Bulls legend, can “accept short-term luxury stay bookings” via Airbnb Luxe.

Starting Monday, the 7.39 acre property owned by John Cooper, known as Champions Point, is now available on the rental website.

“This storied property offers guests the unusual opportunity to experience one of the most exclusive properties in the Midwest,” the press release said.

According to the list, the home can accommodate up to 12 guests, with seven bedrooms and 20 bathrooms, making it “a perfect choice for a private getaway, milestone celebration or a bespoke retreat.”

“Champions Point has always been a legendary real estate,” owner John Cooper said in a statement. “Now, through our partnership with Airbnb Luxe, we are enabling more people to experience that magic firsthand. Whether it’s family hideaways, milestone celebrations, and an unforgettable vacation with friends, this property offers an unparalleled experience in luxury living.”

The new owner previously rented and offered the property this spring, charging it as the “Ultimate March Madness Retreat,” with a monthly stay of $230,000.

However, Airbnb shows a price of around $330,000 for 21 nights for 12 people. The home has a minimum booking requirement of 7 nights.

“Champions Point” features a full-size regulated basketball court, championship-level putting greens, tennis courts, and fitness centers.
