The city of Milwaukee is running out of votes for a “historic vote” Tuesday night. Badger residents line up at the polling station to decide whether the Wisconsin Supreme Court will decide whether they are conservative or liberal.
Fox 6 Milwaukee reporter Jason Calvi reported the development Tuesday night. At least seven polling stations have lost votes, according to the Milwaukee Election Commission.
The site is anticipating a vote soon, but Milwaukee officials at 8pm say Wisconsin residents are still eligible to vote by 8pm.
“We are committed to filling our votes,” the Milwaukee Election Commission wrote on Facebook.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court currently has a liberal majority of 4-3.
Court competition is gaining attention nationwide as both groups of Democrats and Republicans from outside Wisconsin have dedicated money and resources to rock the race. This is interpreted as a referendum on President Donald Trump’s second administration.
In particular, Tesla CEO Elon Musk held the American PAC Town Hall in Green Bay on Sunday night, handing two million-dollar checks to two voters who signed the petition against the “activist judge.”

Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Cowl called for an emergency injunction to stop Musk from handing out checks, but the state’s Supreme Court refused to hear Kawl’s argument.
“The reason for the check is that it’s just to get attention,” Musk said while doing the huge check. “It’s like we need to be careful… when I do this, it’s somewhat inevitable…it makes the legacy media lose heart.”

Musk’s lawyer argued that the payment is “intended to create a grassroots movement against activist judges and not to explicitly defend the candidates, but to create a grassroots movement.”
