The atelier dress designer and supporter of President Donald Trump has once again shocked party-goers and social media users with a silhouette unlike any he’s ever hand-crafted.
Andre Soriano, an Occoquan, Va., shopkeeper and native of the Philippines, designed a green “Make America Healthy Again” dress for recently crowned Miss America, Abby Stockard.
“She’s the sweetest person,” Soriano told Stockard’s Fox News Digital. “She represents America at its best. She will be a great role model for all our children.”

“She came the next day,” Soriano said. “I did the fitting, and it fit her like a glove. I’ve worked with a lot of women, and the T-shape fit really well.”
Soriano had a busy month in January as she ordered eight to 10 dresses in preparation for the inauguration.
“I was flooded all of January,” he said. “I’m very happy that America finally made that decision.”
