Sen. R-Texas Sen. Ted Cruz laughed at “Crazy Town” Democrats for defending MS-13 gang members and illegal immigrants like Salvador National Kilmer Abrego Garcia, saying many seem to have incurable cases of Trump dropout syndrome.
Cruz’s comments came after several Democrats, including Maryland Sen. Chris Van Hollen, traveled to El Salvador and defended Abrego Garcia’s return to the United States after he was deported to his home country. The statement came just before Mayor Las Baraka was arrested Friday, just before Newark, New Jersey.
“It’s a very strange political decision that Democrats made,” Cruz said. “They decided they were the party of illegal immigrants and the party of gang members.”
“The majority of Americans don’t want more gang members and violent criminals in this country,” he continued. It’s a real shame that Democrats have become so much more illegal and being a gang member has become so extreme.”

Cultivating Van Hollen and other Democrats’ trips to El Salvador on behalf of Abrego Garcia, Cruz said:
“I think Trump Mad Syndrome is a real mental illness,” he continued. “I think they hate Donald Trump so much, so that drove them into crazy towns.. Why are Democrats so concerned about supporting illegal aliens of violent crime, and do they really care about supporting members of the MS-13 gang?”
Many Democrats claim that Abrego Garcia is an innocent man who was mistakenly deported, but the administration pointed out considerable evidence that he is a member of the MS-13 gang.
Abrego Garcia was arrested in Hyattville, Maryland in October 2019, according to police and court records shared with Fox News Digital. At that point he was identified as a member of the MS-13 gang by the Prince George County Police Gang Unit.

The Federal Immigration Court in Baltimore also found that Abrego Garcia was not eligible for release. Because he “didn’t meet his burden of showing that his release from custody would not pose a risk to others.
Several DHS sources have been confirmed in Fox News Digital Records, indicating that Abrego Garcia was also handed over by Tennessee Highway Patrol troopers.

Fox News Digital has reviewed court documents filed by Abrego Garcia’s wife Jennifer Vasquez Sura, claiming that she seriously beat her, verbally abused her, and mentally abused her child.
In April, the Supreme Court upheld a lower court’s decision that ordered the Trump administration to arrange for the return of Abrego Garcia.

The court “required that the government “promotes” the release of Abrego Garcia from custody in El Salvador and that his case be processed if he was not inappropriately sent to El Salvador.”
The Trump administration has agreed to clear the administrative obstacles that would prevent Abrego Garcia from returning to the United States, but Attorney General Pam Bondy said that returning him would “had it rise to El Salvador if they wanted to return him.”
After Fox News Digital asked Van Hollen if he was aware of allegations of domestic violence against Abrego Garcia before visiting him at El Salvador, the senator went on defense and said, “What I said here is that we need to litigate these issues in court.”

“All Donald Trump has to do is to hold back or stay silent with the court, and he’s not doing that,” he continued.
“My response is that I’m always sticking to the constitution and sticking to the rights of legitimate processes of those living in America. If we all do that, we will do the right thing for our country.”
