Dems’ silence over Tesla’s violence continues

Democrats once again are giving quiet treatment to Tesla’s violence and vandalism against cars and dealers. House minority leader Hakeem Jeffries, DN.Y., and former chairman Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif), refused to condemn violence against Tesla when faced with Capitol Hill.
Even as the FBI launched a task force to crack down on Tesla crime, few Democrats explicitly condemned the ongoing attacks on Tesla showrooms, charging stations and vehicles.
House Democrat leaders Jeffries and Pelosi gave Fox News a cold shoulder when asked to respond to a series of violent attacks on Tesla as Democrats’ silence on “domestic terrorism” grows day by day.
Jeffries refused to admit the question when asked to condemn the violence as his staff led him into the Capitol and earned a shaking of head disapproval by one staff member. Pelosi brushes off questions about her taking over the situation with polite waves and tells Fox News Digital that she is running late. However, both Democrat leaders have rejected “domestic terrorism” up until now.

Former speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif, and House minority leader Hakeem Jeffries (DN.Y.) declined to comment on the violence against Tesla when faced with Capitol Hill.
“We must act decisively to deal with the poison of white American hegemony and domestic terrorism. It is poison, cancer, it is destroying our society. It should not be a partisan issue. It deals with the crisis of violent white hegemony, not a democratic issue or a Republican issue.

Pelosi praised his Democratic colleagues in 2018 for “refusing to accept the continued failure of investigating domestic terrorism.” Pelosi has yet to accuse House Democrats of not denounce domestic terrorism against Tesla.
Jeffries and Pelosi are the latest Democrats to dispel questions from Fox News Digital about their attack on Tesla. Fox News Digital asked 13 Democrats who sponsored the law to combat domestic terrorism if the attack was “domestic terrorism” and the government agreed to whether people destroying Tesla should target people. None of the lawmakers responded.

Rep. Maxine Waters of D-Calif responded after publication to imply that President Donald Trump should spend the time on his own conviction after serving a 20-year sentence last week for “people catching obstructed Teslas,” including “funders.”
“People who violate the law and are found 34 convicted should spend time. Furthermore, convicted offenders recorded in participants in the January 6th riot should not be forgiven by the president,” Waters told Fox News Digital.
Waters has yet to ask for an investigation into how Tesla’s protests are funded, as many conservatives point their fingers at liberal activist groups. Musk recently denounced leftist billionaire George Soros, billionaire Democrat giant donor and linked co-founder Reid Hoffman, claiming they were bankrolling destructive “protests.”
However, Waters called for an investigation into how domestic extremists are funded in 2022. “We are deeply concerned about funding domestic violent extremist activities in the United States,” Waters and her Democratic colleagues said in 2022.

But Rep. Rosa Delauro, D-Conn. However, when asked about the string of Tesla’s attacks, it was clear that he would seek an end to the violence.
“I’m against violence. I don’t believe in violence. People can express their opposition, but we cannot live in a country of violence,” Delauro told Fox News Digital. “People can oppose something, people always boycott… But violence needs to stop. We can’t really do part of our national discourse.”
D-Calif. Rep. Ro Khanna of the group has also been firm in his accusations of Tesla’s attacks, urging his Democratic colleagues to follow the lawsuit.
“There’s zero tolerance for vandalism against Tesla. It’s wrong to spray “Nazi cars” or the words to light a light fire to dealers or chargers. period. All Democrats should condemn that,” he said in a post with X earlier this month.

Last week, when Fox News Digital asked if Tesla’s attack was a domestic terrorist attack, I-Vt. Senator Bernie Sanders of the company has admitted that everyone has the right to protest, but no one has the right to violence.
“Well, I don’t know what domestic terrorism is. That’s ridiculous. It’s ridiculous. People have the right to protest. [Elon] Musk. They have the right to protest in front of Tesla. No one has the right to engage in any form of violence, period. But that’s all. No one has the right to engage in violence,” Sanders said.
From Oregon to Massachusetts, Tesla vehicles and facilities have been destroyed in at least 10 locations this year. What began as a protest against Elon Musk and his government efficiency (DOGE) escalated to violent incidents against Trump’s allied companies, including shots fired on the building, windows of smashed dealers and charging stations set up in the fire.

No serious injuries have been reported, but the FBI has identified the Anti-Mask website, which was registered on March 17th. It featured an interactive map with Tesla owner names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, Tesla superchargers and Molotov cocktail cursors of dealership locations.
