Exclusive: The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigation Force arrested MS-13 Kingpin and MS-13 associates in Nebraska on Wednesday.
Kingpin is on El Salvador’s “Top 100 Most Wanted” list, but his name has not yet been released by authorities. He is being called for “advanced murders, worsened murders, deprivation of freedom and deprivation of terrorist organizations,” according to an ice press release.
“These illegal aliens are not only sneaking into our country, they have brought them legacy of violence, fear and death,” said Mark Jeet Ice Ice Homeland Security Research, a special agent responsible for Kansas City. “We thought they could hide in America’s Heartland, but they were sadly wrong, not our watch.”
ICE agents are suspected of being a violent MS-13 gang member after they let police escape.

Furthermore, ICE said there are allegedly “MS-13 gang members and foreign terrorists” who also want to “order” gang members to “order” gang members who have committed various serious crimes, including murder and drug trafficking, according to ICE.
The arrest was considered “target enforcement action” in Omaha, and authorities say the two are “serious threats” to the area.
Both are living illegally in the United States, with investigations being conducted by the Bureau of Ice and Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

“It’s very important that the public doesn’t interfere when ice agents move in to arrest,” ice agent Todd M. Lyon said in a statement. “The misinformation, and sometimes blatant lies, can spread across the country, and someone is stepping into a federal operation and suddenly meeting a murderer with nothing to lose.”

The inmates remain in the counterterrorism confinement center (CECOT) MegaPrison cell, which hosts hundreds of members of the MS-13 and 18 street gangs in Tecolka, El Salvador, on January 27, 2025.
A news release from Ice said the arrests were “unsteady.”

The arrests occur as ICE conducts enforcement activities across the country as ICE continues to highlight criminal charges and arrests of convicted people.
