New details of the shooting death of the “American Idol” music director and her husband appeared on Monday night at a community safety meeting in Encino about a fatal encounter with a couple’s intruders.
Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman told conference residents that they had arrested 70 people, 70, who were 70, in connection with the fatal July 10 shootings, and that they used the couple’s guns that night after a conflict with their landlord.
Hochman said 22-year-old Raymond Boodarian would use his cell phone to call police about the crime. The Boudelian identified himself, and police found a phone call, leading to his arrest, Hochman said.
Details about Boodarian when he called the police were not immediately available.
He was charged with murder and robbery. The arrest is scheduled for August 20th.
The Boudarian was booked last year for suspected threats, weapons and battery charging. The judge dismissed his case after a mental health assessment.
The shooting is believed to have occurred during the possible robbery at the home. The shooter entered the residence through an unlocked door and was fired during the conflict with the couple when they arrived home, authorities said.

Dispatch records show that LAPD officials were sent home that afternoon with reports of wandering around. Officers arrived around 5pm but left the scene without finding evidence of robbery or wandering.
The body was found four days later when he responded to White Oak Place on Ventura Boulevard at about 2:30pm, after a request for a welfare check. Police discovered blood marks in front of the house and entered the residence through a glass door at the back of the property.
Officers found two people shot and killed inside the house. The man and woman were found in different rooms.
Kay is a veteran in the Hollywood industry and also worked in the music departments of several other productions, including “The Singing Bee,” “Hollywood Game Night,” “Lip Sync Battle,” and Miss USA and Miss Universe Pageants. She has been working on “American Idol” since 2009.
At a meeting Monday night, LAPD said it would increase patrols, particularly between 7pm and 7am.
Two invasions were reported in the West San Fernando Valley community Monday night.
