Los Angeles County’s next top prosecutor will likely seek a delay in resentencing the Menendez brothers at a hearing in December to reconsider the facts and evidence in the decades-old case, according to the Los Angeles County District. “Before making any decisions regarding the Menendez brothers’ case, we need to thoroughly learn the relevant facts, evidence, and law,” Hohoman Tsai said. “Only then can I make a decision.”
