Nicholas Cage’s ex-girlfriend is taking legal action against the actor and his son Weston Cage. .
Christina Fulton did not prevent her from assaulting her 34-year-old son and committing violence in his care, including battery and his father, from committing violent acts in his care, according to an unpublished civil suit filed Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court. It is intended to sue for being accused.
Fulton seeks unspecified damage from two cages because of “the catastrophic physical, emotional and economic harm he endured due to his unprovoked attack by his son Weston.” She knew that Nicholas would “a long history of mental and psychological disorders” and “violent assault and battery,” but allowed him to act badly and supported him financially. He claims he continued to do so.
Neither Nicholas nor Weston Cage could be immediately approached for comment.
Weston was arrested in June and charged with two felony assault with a deadly weapon following charges of accusations of attacking his mother and someone named Rohit Jagadish. In a July statement, LAPD said Weston punched two victims multiple times, causing injuries. He pleaded not guilty to both charges in July.
Fulton said he went to visit his son after receiving an “urgent message” from a friend “about his deteriorating mental state” and sought her help. However, he attacked her appropriately for “man disease,” she said in a statement released after her arrest.
In the lawsuit, Fulton alleges that Weston attacked her near her home on April 28 in a parking lot, elevator and lobby, causing serious, life-threatening injuries. They include concussions, eye injuries, multiple contusions, neck and throat injuries, dental trauma, tinnitus, abdominal trauma, and PTSD.
Fulton accusss Nicholas Cage of enabling Weston’s criminal acts by continuing to support him financially by turning a blind eye to his violence and mental health struggles. She said that the actor bought a condo next to him in Weston, saving him from prison many times, and with him alcohol despite knowing that he was struggling with the use of substances. He claims he drank.
In 2011, Weston Cage was hospitalized after police responded to a fight that allegedly involved on the streets of Hollywood. He was admitted to Cedars Sinai Medical Center, where his father joined him. A few days ago, Weston and his then-new bride, Nikki Williams, were arrested and booked on felony domestic violence charges following the incident in their apartment. And in 2017 he was taken into custody on DUI and hit and run suspicions.
The complaint abandoned filming for the Netflix show and skincare and fitness venture, claiming that the April attack “devaded Fulton’s thriving career as a former model, actress and entrepreneur.”
Fulton dated Nicholas Cage from 1988 to 1991.
In 2009, she sued Cage, claiming he owed her $13 million and broke her promise to give her a home at Hancock Park. The lawsuit was resolved in 2011 under a private agreement.
In November, Fulton filed a lawsuit against Weston’s third ex-wife, Hela Alunian, embezzled $100,000 and filed a “deceitful restraining order” that prevented Fulton and Nicholas Cage from seeing their granddaughter. He accused him of demanding.
