No other games were announced, but the video confirmed that most physical and digital Nintendo Switch games will be compatible with the Switch 2. Nintendo said details about backward compatibility will be released at a later date.

Starting Friday, anyone with a free Nintendo account will be able to register to play Switch 2 at events on Nintendo’s website. Registrants will be entered into a random drawing to determine who can participate.
