First Fox: Homeland Security Secretary Christie Noem and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) discovered and killed a multi-million-dollar program enacted by the Biden administration, which promoted diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and the “inclusive environment for schools.”
The Invent2Prevent program was originally designed to provide students with tools to prevent fear and violence in their communities. However, the Biden administration’s DHS contracted primarily with distant organizations and focused on the DEI and LGBTQ agendas by bending the curriculum.
It is estimated that reducing programs will save agencies more than $1.5 million.

New data reveals record lows that reached border intersections amid crackdowns by Trump administrators
“President Trump was given a mandate from the American people to eliminate unnecessary government spending, and that’s exactly what we’re doing,” DHS assistant secretary Tricia McLaughlin told Fox News Digital. “The programme was not only wasted, but it also used public money to openly support partisan and political organisations.
“Politicized NGOs like predatory hatred have been sucking up taxpayer dollars for too long. We’re finishing grifts.”
The Invent2Prevent website contains “archive content” on its pages, and materials on the site display banner readings that say “contains outdated information that may not reflect current policies or programs.”
Johnson & Johnson denies the group engages in illegal DEI practices after filing a civil rights complaint
The Biden administration’s push for DEI in the private sector and in the federal government has come in many ways, but one of former President Joe Biden’s most notable moves was to “advance fairness and racial justice through the federal government.”

The subject of DEI’s policy played a major role in the 2024 presidential campaign, when then-President Donald Trump’s campaign tied Day to the “awakening” agenda repeatedly.
Once President Trump took office, he wasted no time unleashing federal Dei by matching Biden’s first day executive order with his own. “End and prioritize radical and wasteful government DEI programmes” was signed on January 20, 2025.
Trump’s Executive Order Blitz: What he signed and what was unusual
The executive order called for the “end of all discriminatory programs” and urged Amazon to Goldman Sachs private sector businesses to follow suit in the abolition of Biden’s add-up diversity policies.

Trump also signed a memorandum of understanding in March to remove the DEI from foreign services, saying the president “believes that every part of the government should be based on credit.”

Although DEI policies still exist, there have been significant changes in rhetoric, with some statistics showing a decline in practice compared to the Biden administration.
