One of Los Angeles’ best new restaurants, NYC-born high-end Italian eatery Marea recently announced its debut of an outstanding lunch service just weeks after a quiet opening at 430 North Camden Drive in Beverly Hills I did.

You will be forgiven for not noticing the recent opening. Considering the wildfires that have destroyed much of Los Angeles, including the home of Chef Travis Passellotti in Parisades, we look out over a great deal.
“Here in LA, Chef Travis Passelotti (formerly from the tasting kitchen in Venice) has an extensive menu that includes many Malea signatures, including Unilardo Crostini, Red Wine Taco Fujiri and lobster served with creamy bullata. He oversees LA,” writes Patricia Kelly Yoh, editor of food and drinks. “As equally skilled drinks program and full-time pastry chefs will translate into smooth, balanced cocktails, a selection of formidable wines, and delicious bonbons. Be the right candidate for your next splurge night out. ”

The space itself is noteworthy. Created by architecture and design company Nusla Design, Marea exudes the refinement and elegance that came to define the restaurant’s New York front post base. As with the East Coast, the restaurant has a wall-curated art collection that adds a talent for creativity to the food consumed on-site.

Those craving a more intimate experience can choose to book two private dining rooms that can be combined to accommodate groups of up to 50 guests at once.
Either way, if it’s the luxury event you want, Malea is your go-to.
Malea is located at 430 North Camden Drive in Beverly Hills. The restaurant is open for lunch from 12pm to 2:45pm Monday through Friday and open for dinner from 5pm to 11pm daily. Reservations are now available online.
