Lovers and authorities are searching for a missing toddler who is believed to have been accused of by their mother.
Stephanie Monique Ramos, 35, and her son James Astoto, one, have been missing since March 8, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office.
The pair, considered to be significantly lacking, was last seen in the 2000 block of Delas Street, Bassett, an unincorporated area of LA County.
Ramos is said to be a Hispanic woman standing at 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing about 155 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
The toddler is said to be a Hispanic man, 3 feet tall and weighing 30 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair. The type of clothing they last saw wearing is unknown, the lawmaker said.
Stephanie Monique Ramos, 35, was last seen on March 8, 2025 along with her son James Astoto (1) (Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office).
The family said they had never heard of her from Ramos since her loss and were very concerned about their happiness.
Details of Ramos’ custody arrangements regarding her son have not been released.
