Ohio State Fair dances with the devil. Rather, it’s the devil’s egg.
On Tuesday, Fair revealed its sweet and unorthodox 2025 deviled egg flavor of the year, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.
The Ohio Poultry Association will serve chocolate chip cookie dough deviled eggs along with a flock of new flavors at a demonic food stand. The creation was described as “an all-in-one appetizer and dessert.”

The official deviled egg flavor was announced at the 2025 Ohio State Fair: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough joins the unique list of Deviled Egg Flavors of the Year at the Ohio State Fair, which includes bubble gum (2024) and cotton candy (2023).
Beyond chocolate chip cookie dough, this year’s fair has five new flavors. Hot Honey Every Sing, Sriracha Peach, Columbus Pizza, Spicy Crunchy, Cranberry Feta.
The devil-good food stand features dozens of demon egg flavors and three devil egg flights.
