The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office said deputies answered the gunshot victim’s call around 2:20pm on April 5th.
Lawmakers arrived in the 11,000 block of South Manhattan Place and found five total patients, four men and one woman suffering from gunshot wounds.
Details are limited and the department did not say whether the suspect was first found or in custody. It was also not revealed whether the victims knew each other or potential suspects.
Officials from the LA County Fire Department arrived and declared one of the male victims who died at the scene.
“The other victims were treated at a local hospital and are in stable condition,” LASD said on release.
