Fans, preparation: One Piece Cafe will open in Los Angeles’ Little Tokyo area on Saturday, August 2nd. This is the second American cafe to be themed on the Manga series by Eiichiro Oda, an animated television series and recently became a live-action series on Netflix. Plus: 15 feature films, video games, trading cards. Every version of One Piece has a passionate fan base that adores World Building and is emotionally involved in following the characters in the quest to find one gold. The first One Piece Cafe opened in Las Vegas in May 2024. Now, Los Angeles shares that the pirates and his crew are trying to find treasures, and has come to eat amazing themed food in an immersive environment.

Already, One Piece’s Cafe Los Angeles has been making alert fans happy through soft openings over the past few weeks. And now, the epic opening takes place in just a few days, with gifts of merchandise and limited edition collectibles. The first 100 people in line will receive the next valuable merchandise. The first 10 guests will get a free One Piece Cafe Tote Bag with $100 worth of themed items. NXT 50 guests will receive a free tote bag with $50 worth of goods. The next 40 guests will receive a complimentary tote bag. It sounds like an incentive to bring a sleeping bag and line up your place if you’re a rabies fan. The doors will open at 11am at 241 S. San Pedro Street in Los Angeles, on the former site of Dragon Bowl Sushi & Teriyaki, and will close at 10pm.

Don’t worry if you’re not one of the first 100 people. The food is still amazing and worth attending. According to a press release from the cafe, it was all inspired by One Piece and “approved by the straw hat crew.” Sanji’s “Diable Djembe” chicken cutlet sandwich, Sanji’s beef yakisoba, Hachan’s alpine, Robin’s Flower Flow Power Refresher (pea tea with blueberry lavender lemonade) and accompanying artisan donuts: gum gum devil fruit (gum gum devil fruit (banilla cake plan) pomegranate) and Zoro’s gold mark (chocolate ganache with matcha crumble).

The cafe is completely cash free so bring your debit or credit card (leave 8 pieces).

Items available here are only available for elevated cachets, including character-themed T-shirts, tote bags, drinkware, and more. There are also products such as keychains, stuffed animals, pins, straps, and even one-piece puzzles set to get a brain-viewing pattern. It’s going to be epic!
