Several suspects remain on a massive scale after an Orange County jewelry store was robbed for the second time in two weeks.

Surveillance video captured a group of thieves targeting Don Robert Jewelry in Anaheim on July 22.

They plundered the store and escaped with jewels before fleeing in a holiday car. Owners are still working to determine the total amount of lost goods.

“Unfortunately, they took off and escaped with the last green Dodge charger west on the 91 highway,” Sgt. said. Anaheim Police Department and Matt Sutter.

The mobile phone video filmed several burglars fleeing Don Robert’s jewels in Anaheim after plundering the store on July 22, 2025 and fled with an unknown amount of gemstone. Video from the OC Hawk cell phone, escaping Don Robert’s jewel in Anaheim after looting the store on July 15, 2025 and fled in a large bin full of jewelry. Blue Mercedes-Benz Getaway Vehicle (OC HAWK) of the suspect’s Dark Green Dodge Charger Vehicle is being searched by Anaheim police after looting Don Robert jewelry in Anaheim on July 15, 2025. (OC Hawk) More than dozens of mask thieves were scattered around when the owner of Al Amirahjewellery in Anaheim fired a warning shot as he tried to break into his store on July 17, 2025.

It was the second time that Don Roberto Jewelry was targeted in the same month.

Surveillance video filmed at least eight thieves who escaped from the store with a garbage bin full of jewels a week ago. Several suspects enter a dark blue Mercedes sedan and escape from the scene.

Police confirmed that five suspects were later arrested, but some others remained intact, along with the stolen gems and merchandise.

“This is two robbers a week,” Sutter said. “In fact, I just went there and couldn’t even fix the glass case that was destroyed last week. They’re dealing with two losses now.”

In addition to Don Robert’s gem robbery, Anaheim police are investigating at least two other theft cases targeting a jewellery store on Brookhurst Street, including Al Amira Jewelry.

During that incident, at least half a dozen cars were pulled into the parking lot, with suspects armed with Pitax and Sledgehammers attempting to smash into the store. The owner fired gunshots at the thief mob, which scared them.

“This appears to be a trend that has been coming up with more than a dozen people recently, overwhelming employees and stealing thousands of dollars on products,” Sutter said. “It’s not just here in Anaheim, but all over Southern California.”

Investigators are asking anyone who is aware of the suspect’s vehicle or has information about the robbery to call the Anaheim Police Department at 714-765-1900.
