Police made several unusual discoveries during their search for the home of a 33-year-old parolee in Irvine over the weekend.
Pedro Garza was arrested on Saturday after drug warrant officers found him, the Irvine Police Department posted on Facebook Tuesday.
“As Garza was on lifelong parole along with a search and a seizure, officers checked his phone and found evidence of drugs and stolen property sales,” police said.
After finding the illegal item, the officers also decided to search for nearby hotel rooms.
Evidence from the drug arrest can be found in images provided by the Irvine Police Department.
“Inside, officers have found all sorts of interesting items. Drugs hidden in Kool-Aid containers with false bottoms, US postal keys, and shave keys are commonly used to steal cars and are evidence of drug sales,” police said.
It is said that multiple credit and gift cards belonging to other people are also found in Garza’s room.
He was booked at the Orange County Jail for his warrants and many alleged fraud and drug charges.
