Pentagram has finished gender transition treatment for transgender forces, according to a new memo. This is because officials move to enforce plans to boot transgender forces from the US military.
Under the direction, the Department of Defense bans new hormonal treatment or surgical procedures for transgender forces, according to the memo, Reuters reported.
“I am instructing you to take the necessary steps to implement this guidance immediately,” Stephen Ferrara, deputy director of the Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs, wrote in a memo.

A member of a transgender service described the move as “the latest slap in the face,” explaining how to serve the army in honor.
“If there is doubt, then there’s no more. Transgender service members are no longer entitled to the same health standards as their peers,” the service member told Reuters, speaking on the condition of anonymity due to fears of being targeted.
Last month, Defense Secretary Pete Hegses expressed his opposition to gender transition treatment for the transgender forces when he reposted an article on X, which said the Pentagon would resume treatment for the transgender forces and their dependents.

“If this is true – we’ll find a way to stop it,” wrote Hegses. “Taxpayers should never pay for this insanity.”
Since being identified as the Pentagon chief, Hegses has embraced efforts to eliminate diversity initiatives, particularly those applying to the Transgender Forces.
Last week, the U.S. Supreme Court gave the Trump administration a green light to enforce a ban on transgender forces in the military, allowing the Department of Defense to discharge thousands of current transgender forces and deny new recruits as a legal challenge to the move.

A memo released last week revealed that Hegseth issued instructions by June 6th to start kicking transgender troops who would not voluntarily leave.
Trump signed an executive order in January shortly after returning to the White House, which overturned the Biden administration’s policies that allowed transgender forces to serve.
Officials say there are 4,240 active US and National Guard transgender forces, but some trans rights advocates say the number may be even higher.
